The Art of Massage

Therapeutic massage is frequently used to enhance the beneficial effects of other types of health care such as physical therapy, chiropractic care and psychotherapy.

Therapeutic massage can be an important component of your self-care, health, maintenance and fitness regimen.

Experts estimate that upwards of ninety percent of disease is stress-related. And perhaps nothing ages us faster, internally and externally, than high stress. Massage is an effective tool for managing this stress which translates into:

  • Relieve migraine pain
  • Enhance sleep quality
  • Combat aging
  • Ease medication dependence
  • Increase circulation
  • Reduces anxiety and stress
  • Improve immune system
  • Reduce chronic muscle tension
